The City of Prescott adopted a comprehensive amendment to the official Land Development Code, which became effective on December 31, 2004. The revised code is provided here on this web site as a convenience to the public.
RECENT CHANGES (04/25/2006) HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE OFFICIAL VERSION OF THE CODE AND ADDITIONAL CHANGES ARE CURRENTLY IN PROCESS. THIS ON-LINE VERSION HAS NOT YET BEEN UPDATED TO REFLECT THESE CHANGES.
